Welcome to Sukharogyam: The Story of Maya

Welcome to Sukharogyam: Weaving Well-Being Through Ayurveda, Yoga & the Seven Petals of Life

“शरीरं मनसां चैव, भावसंबन्धधनानि च। पर्यावरणात्मना साकं, सुखारोग्यं तदा भवेत्॥”

Maya was a weaver. Her loom was not just wood and thread. It was rhythm, balance, and life itself. Each thread was nature remembered. But then she moved to the city. Her loom stayed behind.

Days filled with deadlines, screens replaced silence, meals were rushed, sleep was sacrificed. From outside, her life looked successful. Inside, the threads began to snap. Her body grew tired, her mind restless, her emotions brittle.

Maya realized: life itself is a loom, and Sukharogyam is the art of weaving it whole.

THE SEVEN PETALS:

  1. Sharīra (Body) – The Foundation
  2. Manas (Mind) – The Seat of Clarity
  3. Bhāva (Emotions) – The Colors of Being
  4. Sambandh (Relationships) – The Human Bond
  5. Dhan (Wealth) – Security with Purpose
  6. Paryāvaran (Environment) – Our Shared Breath
  7. Ātma (Soul) – The Inner Compass
